We’ll walk you through the core of the TA processes and the data associated with an optimized and qualitative hiring process. During the day we will cover data collection, analysis and reporting covering the different parts of TA.

Within each area, we will cover how to collect the data and how you can analyse it in the best way. We’ll discuss data quality, segmentation, challenges and touch upon helpful tools. We’ll make sure that you feel comfortable with reporting and telling the story of how your hiring process is doing.
During the day you will also have the possibility to audit your own organisation’s approach to talent analytics with support from peers and our experts.
This training is for professionals within talent acquisition that want to understand how analysis can be used to improve the hiring process. The training is also open for HR analysts that want to gain more specific knowledge in TA analytics.
